#NoShameParenting

Parents are constantly shamed for their choices. From how we feed our children to how we educate them, everyone has an opinion on how to raise kids. The result? Moms and dads feel endlessly judged for the choices they make —  #NoShameParenting.

During my single days, i planned to get married at the age of 40. And to adopt a baby at the age of 30.

Turns out, I got married at the age of 28 and I became a mother at the age of 29. I am the youngest of 3 sister siblings and my husband is also the youngest in his family. But we are both 29 by the time we had our little princess.

To most of our family members, we were always considered as 'baby' being the youngest. For this, we were assumed that we don't know what we are doing and that we are constantly reminded that their choices of doing things is waaay better because they have done it before.

I didn't say that all of it was wrong, but for me, let us learn also. For some may think that why we should go all the trouble learning through mistake to get the correct way of doing something..so waste of time. But for me, it is OK to make mistake. Let us make mistake and learn from it.

Life was never easy. So why everyone is pushing and stressing out for a short-cut?

Every parent has different style in raising their own children. I try so much not to be opinionated on others, and to give one only upon request.
